ALBANY - SUNY Polytechnic Institute's new $191 million zero energy ZEN building is 75 percent occupied just months after construction was officially completed.
CommerceHub, the e-commerce software company, has been the most prominent tenant in the building, leasing 50,000 square-feet on the top floor of ZEN in an agreement that includes having its logo attached to the outside of the building.
