David Doyle has been named vice president of governmental communications and public policy at SUNY Polytechnic Institute of Albany and Utica. Doyle was previously assistant vice chancellor for communications at the State University of New York and serving as the spokesman for SUNY Chancellor Nancy Zimpher.
