HARC was one of two non-profits recognized with the Community Impact Award by The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties Thursday evening at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute during the group’s Annual Celebration of Philanthropy.
The other nonprofit honored was SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s FIRST LEGO League.
