Bio/Pre-Med Major Receives Beeching-Revere Scholarship

Utica, NY – In support of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s commitment to provide world-class educational opportunities throughout New York State, SUNY Polytechnic Institute today announced Biology/Pre-med major Enisa Bakalovic has been named the 16th annual recipient of the Charles T. Beeching – Revere Copper Products Inc. Family Scholarship. The $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually through the Rome College Foundation, established by Revere’s Board of Directors in memory of Charles T. Beeching.

“Enisa is a perfect example of SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s student body, which includes some of the finest young minds from around New York State and the world, and a worthy recipient of this wonderful scholarship,” said Dr. Alain Kaloyeros, President and CEO of SUNY Polytechnic Institute. “We are proud Enisa has chosen SUNY Poly, where she will have access to the cutting edge tools and resources necessary to advance her career path, and we commend her on her exemplary commitment, both to her studies and our community.”
