The SUNY Poly campus will be a busy place the weekend of October 11-12, and students living on campus may experience traffic delays on Saturday and Sunday as a result of hundreds of visitors attending two community events.

The Sitrin Stars & Stripes Military Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, October 11. Individuals and teams are invited to participate in honor or in memory of a loved one who has served our country. More information is available at http://www.sitrin.com/stars-and-stripes.

Residential students, please be aware that the run and walk may delay traffic on campus from approximately 9-11 a.m.

On Sunday, October 12, a 5K run/walk will be held on campus in memory of Alexandra Kogut. Individuals and teams are invited to walk in her honor and for other victims of domestic violence. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., and the event will start at 10 a.m., near the Campus Center. Residential students, please be aware that the run and walk may delay traffic on campus from approximately 10-noon.
