WHEC: Gov. Cuomo: Two photonics companies coming to Rochester,
bringing hundreds of jobs

Hundreds of jobs are coming to Rochester as part of the photonics project.
At a press conference on Wednesday , Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that two photonics companies, Avogy and Photonica, will be coming to Rochester.
The companies will invest $1.4 billion and create 1,400 new jobs, the governor adds.
