The SUNY Poly Holiday Committee is all aglow as they anticipate the fun-filled, upcoming Winter Wonderland Faculty/Staff Holiday Luncheon! With doors opening at 11:30 AM on Monday, December 21, 2015, the ambiance of of the holidays ~ flickering lights, the smell of pine, the delectable holiday meal prepared by Sodexo, it is sure to be a delightful holiday celebration with friends and colleagues!

Sodexo is preparing a delectable meal that includes:

Beef Tenderloin Carving Station w/Horseradish Sauce and Mushroom Au Jus

Chicken Francaise 

Caesar Salad

Steamed Mixed Vegetables

Dinner Rolls (Gluten-Free available)

Tri-Colored Tortellini w/Peas, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Hot Cocoa Bar to include Whipped Cream, Peppermints, Chocolate Chips, White Chocolate Chips, and Chocolate Spoons

Egg Nog, Polar Punch, Iced Water w/Lemon, Coffee & Tea, & Assorted Soda

Blue Ice Cubes, Snow-Covered Pretzels, Snowflake-Shaped Sugar Cookies w/White & Blue Sprinkles

Peppermint Bark, Snowball Cookies, Cherry Drop Cookies, & Yule Log

If the Yule Log wasn't the "icing on the cake" for you, just a reminder that there is no cost, $0.00, for your luncheon ticket, and to be qualified for an entry for an extra special prize you must get your luncheon ticket from either Pam Palazzo, Kunsela Hall; Tina Rothwell, Facilities Building; or Nancy Lawrence, Donovan hall, no later than Friday, December 11th!

While you are dropping some cash at the auction, it should warm your heart to know that you are raising money for a very worthy charity - the Midtown Utica Community Center, a multicultural center that promotes community enrichment through intercultural events, music, theatre, dance, literary media, and visual arts. They are a huge proponent of partnering with local nonprofits, organizations, and schools to provide opportunities for fundraising, community-building, community service, and education.

While the weather outside has not been frightful, our holiday celebration will be most delightful, and the menu by Sodexo will be delish with every biteful! Get your tickets by December 11th!
