WKBW: SUNY Polytechnic Institute opts not to waive $90k in RiverBend sewer fees in good faith gesture

"The owners of RiverBend, the future home of SolarCity, now spending $90,000 on sewer fees to the city of Buffalo. SUNY College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering announcing today's it's not going to seek a waiver on Buffalo Sewer Authority Fees. These fees are usually waived for non-profits. The college is technically non-profit, but as a good-faith gesture, it says it's asking the city to keep those sewer fees in place."
