UTICA-ROME, NY - Nano-Utica has been the talk of this region for a few years now.
Hundreds of new jobs are expected to be created. Hundreds of new people are expected to move to this area. But are we ready for a population explosion? And how are we enticing new, young professional to move to Utica-Rome?
Both the mayors of Utica and Rome say there is a feeling that things are changing in the region.
