UTICA, N.Y. - The Utica Coffee Roasting Company is expanding its business.  The local coffee shop opened a cafe at SUNY Polytechnic Institute Thursday, making this its third location open for business.

Students and staff at the college are now able to purchase coffee, including cold brew at the cafe and the college's bookstore. The new location is also open to the public.
