You may have seen film crews in Central New York over the last few months.
They're shooting the movie 'American Dresser,' starring actor Tom Berenger, who is most known for his work in Platoon and Inception.
The movie is produced by the new DeWitt based production company, Film House.
The film follows a widower, played by Berenger, as he embarks on a journey to find the son he never knew he had.
"It's about friendship, marriage, alcoholism, parenting, children," Berenger says.
The movie was filmed all over Central New York.
Several scenes were shot at the Film Hub in DeWitt.
The Film Hub was built using $15 million dollars in state funding.
It's all part of a program designed to boost industry in Central New York by offering tax breaks to movie producers who shoot their films Upstate.
