In the coming days, you will receive an Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity survey via interoffice mail.  The Human Resource Office would appreciate your participation in completing this very important component of our federal, state, and local requirements.  While we hope every employee will contribute, we especially encourage minorities, women, veterans, and persons with disabilities to complete the survey.  Survey completion is voluntary on the part of the employee.  However, the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently directed employers to survey their current workforces.
