You're invited to the Week of Research and Innovation—a celebration of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration across our campus and beyond!
Open to students, faculty/staff, alumni, and community partners, this week showcases the incredible research and innovation work being done at SUNY Poly while offering hands-on opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.
Events for the week relate to the following four themes:
- Student Research & Internships – Learn how to get started in research and land meaningful internships through interactive sessions designed to guide and inspire.
- Communicating Science & Research – Discover how to effectively share your work with any audience through practical workshops on clear, compelling communication.
- Research – Hear external partners speak on novel research developments and faculty share their white papers developed as part of the SPARK summer workshops.
- Entrepreneurship – Explore how bold ideas can impact the real-world through innovation, startups, and entrepreneurial thinking.
We especially look forward to the end-of-week Elevator Pitch Competition, which will put the spotlight on SUNY Poly students, as well as faculty and staff, who will "pitch" their best business or research ideas and compete for Wildcat dollars.
Whether you're just beginning your scholarly journey or are deep into your work, please join us Oct. 20-24 to engage, share, and celebrate research and innovation!
