Admission to the BS/MS program may be achieved in one of the following ways:

New First-Year Student Admission
Applications are invited from well-prepared high school seniors possessing a high school average of 90 or higher. 

New Transfer Student Admission
Applications are invited from well-prepared transfer students who have completed a minimum of 48 credit hours of college coursework with an overall GPA of at least a 3.0.

Current Student Admission
Current SUNY Poly students who are Communications and Media Design majors and have freshman, sophomore, or junior status with a 3.0 GPA or higher can apply for a change of program to the accelerated BS/MS program by submitting a Change of Program Form to the Registrar’s Office.
