Now accepting applications for the Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering degree programs (Albany campus). Applications will be processed through the SUNY Poly Office of Undergraduate Admissions. CNSE degree programs will continue to be offered on the Albany campus.
In addition to the application, each applicant must submit a brief, personally written statement of purpose that addresses the reasons s/he wishes to enter the CNSE nanoscale science program or nanoscale engineering program. Please limit your response to 500 words, or no more than 1.5 type-written pages.
Applicants should submit the essay via email and as an attachment (acceptable formats include: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt): email@example.com
Transfer students can apply using either option. There is a $50 application fee for either application. If you submit the SUNY application you can waive your application fee if you are a New York State resident transferring directly from a two-year NYS public college (SUNY/CUNY) who will have earned an associate degree by the time of their planned entrance at SUNY Poly. A supplemental application (pdf) is not required, but preferred.
