To SUNY Poly Faculty and Staff:

I want to invite you to join me, and many others, to participate in SUNY Poly’s annual Day of Giving, which is scheduled to take place Thursday, March 30 beginning at 8:00 a.m.

As a strong campus community, it is important for us to come together and make meaningful, impactful gifts in support of our students and campus during this 24-hour fundraising campaign. While gifts to the SUNY Poly Annual Fund are encouraged, we understand that giving is personal. I strongly encourage you to support an area of SUNY Poly that matters most to you, and you can easily do so by visiting the SUNY Poly Day of Giving webpage.

Your gift helps support student success, academic programs, and campus enhancements.

Employees who begin to contribute or increase their contributing by $5 per pay period through payroll deduction will be entered into a drawing for a grill that has been generously donated by Wal-Mart. The grill is valued at nearly $400 and is located near the Gannett Gallery on SUNY Poly’s Utica campus. If you have already contributed to the Day of Giving—thank you!

If you have not yet made your gift, I encourage you to join me in supporting the SUNY Poly Foundation’s Day of Giving and help fund the dreams and achievements of our students while further helping to elevate the reputation of SUNY Poly as the premier public polytechnic school in the state and nation.

Sincerely,

Dr. Andrew Russell
