"Oneida County is funding a survey centering around the impact of COVID-19 on youths in the county.
"Dr. Joanne Joseph, SUNY Polytechnic Institute College of Health Sciences interim dean, said the school is looking forward to working with Oneida County on the project.
"The survey will allow for the assessment of the effects of COVID-19 and the impact of the pandemic on local teens, Joseph said."
