Andrew Kennedy, CEO of the Center for Economic Growth in Albany, will participate on Wednesday in a panel discussion on New York State's nanotech industry. Michael Liehr from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Albany will also participate, along with executives from Edwards Vacuum, M+W Group and GlobalFoundries, all of which have operations in the Capital Region serving the computer chip industry.
