This survey will take approximately four minutes to complete. The Center for Student Involvement is looking for VOLUNTEERS for the following event:

Late Night Breakfast
Campus Center Dining Hall (Cafeteria)
Monday, December 11th   8pm - 10pm
Volunteer Shifts (7pm - 8pm)(8pm - 9pm)(9pm - 10pm)(10pm - 11pm)
*Duties will be assigned upon arrival for shift*

*In conjunction with the Late Night Breakfast, we are asking for any prizes donated on behalf of your department to be raffled off that evening.  Some examples include gift baskets, door prizes, donations, items related to your area, items for our student body.
