The WCC has a lot to offer this spring, so please make an appointment with us to have one of our consultants come speak to your class. We offer 10-15 minute presentations on what the WCC has to offer. To schedule a class presentation, just send an e-mail to wccas@sunypoly.edu with your class specifics i.e., class size, time, and location of the course, and we'll be happy to accommodate you! 

Also, the WCC Newsletter Vol. 1, No. 2 is out and available here. In the current issue of the WCC Newsletter, you can meet our student consultants, learn about our fall activities and statistics, read the WCC Fall 2023 Report and learn about our plans for the Spring 2024 semester. In the newsletter, you can also read about the workshops we will offer in the spring as well as our special events.

This spring, we will offer 6 technical writing workshops tailored to meet specifications found in Engineering and all STEM courses, but which are also suitable and useful for all Upper Division Writing students. Our student workshops can be found here.

Also, in our newsletter and on our special events page, you can hear about our National Poetry Month Celebration in April when we will welcome Mobile Alabama's Inaugural Poet Laureate, Charlotte Pence (https://charlottepence.com/). We will also offer opportunities for students to read and work with Charlotte, which you can also read about it in the newsletter or on our special events page here.
