Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, Mr. Woodin is responsible for providing day to day direction for the PEMC workstation operation team (WSO) as well as staffing, interviewing and selecting new employees. He is responsible for writing yearly employee performance programs and appraisals as well as building PEMC operational documents. He will perform HR functions related to the PEMC program as needed. Mr. Woodin will be designing and conducting plans to characterize fab operations of equipment, manpower and efficiency/uptime throughout the 150mm PEMC SiC development cycle and provide technical guidance to other professionals and act as team leader on special projects to solve complex problems.
