Service Desk is the ticketing system used by several college departments to track and manage requests for service, and non-mission critical production problems. Ticket templates are available for various services to enhance the ticket creation process.
A ticket (request) is often passed among support groups with the history of actions performed. Those who submit tickets can log in to see the status of their request and are notified via email with updates related to their ticket.
- Log in with your SITNet ID.
- Click Create a New Service Request to bring up the ticket categories.
- Select the appropriate category.
- Complete the ticket and click Add Request
- Logout when finished
You can also email the ticket system to create a ticket using email@example.com
