SUNY Poly Provost Dr. Andrew Russell, whose research examines themes of maintenance in complex technological systems, recently joined Dr. Guru Madhavan on the Create the Future Podcast, produced by the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering. Dr. Russell and fellow guest Pam Elardo, who is a senior advisor for the environmental engineering firm Brown and Caldwell and has over 40 years of water and wastewater utility leadership experience, discussed the past, present, and future of sanitary engineering, which is essential for ensuring human health and well-being.
