IMPORTANT – Federal Work-Study Timesheets

Attention Federal Work-Study Student Employees and Supervisors:

Effective immediately, please send all completed federal work-study student timesheets directly to Human Resources. This will ensure that payments are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

As a reminder, timesheets can be submitted to Human Resources by:

1)    In-person delivery to the Human Resources Office (located on the ground floor of Kunsela Hall) during regular business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

or

 

2)    Supervisors can scan the completed timesheet(s) to payroll@sunypoly.edu by close of business on Fridays to ensure processing for the next payroll. 

** Please note that the ORIGINAL timesheet(s) must be sent to HR to maintain regulatory compliance. 

Timesheets are due the Friday after the pay period ends.
