New Promotion/Salary Increase Procedure for UUP Professional

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce a new procedure for consideration of promotion and/or salary increase requests for UUP Professional Staff.
The newly approved procedure, developed in response to requests for the establishment of a formal process of promotion or salary increase, ensures that a structured, transparent and equitable process will be followed. It was created in consultation with UUP local chapter representatives and can be viewed online at http://sunyit.edu/human_resources/forms.
All UUP Professional Staff and their supervisors are encouraged to attend one of a series of informational sessions on the new program:
Friday, March 28, 2:00-3:00 p.m., in Kunsela Hall, B117
Tuesday, April 1, 3:00-4:00 p.m., in Donovan Hall, G102
Wednesday, April 2, 8:00-9:00 a.m., Cayan Library, Mele Room
Thursday, April 3, 1:00-2:00 p.m., Kunsela Hall, B117
Monday, April 7, 3:30-4:30 p.m., Student Center, Multi-Purpose Room (small side)
