• View your paycheck before payday
• Update your address and phone numbers
• Update your Emergency Contact Information
• Update your demographic information including your education

Login to SUNYHR Self-Service at www.suny.edu/hrportal .  If it is your first time logging into self-service, you will need your Sitnet ID, SUNYID and birthdate (MMDDYY).
