SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s Assistant Professor of the College of Engineering Dr. Jagannath (Jay) Upadhyay collaborated with LTRC, LaDOTD, and LSU for a publication entitled, “Classification of Surface Pavement Cracks as Top-down, Bottom-up, and Cement-Treated Reflective Cracking Based on Deep Learning Methods.”
