MARCY, N.Y. -- Shovels are now in the ground for a new dorm building on the campus of SUNY Poly.
It's a nearly $28 million project.
“Hilltop" Residence Hall will be the first "zero-net energy-ready" dorm ever to be built in the SUNY system.
