(SUNY Poly) has been providing naloxone, otherwise known as Narcan, since 2014. It's available in every building on campus including every residence hall.

"Fortunately for us we have not had to utilize it on campus in the five years of having this product at our disposal," (University Police Chief Gary Bean) said. "We hope that continues, but again you never know the answer of whether that will be today or tomorrow that you might need it and we're prepared in case it is."
