Reserve Your Place by Paying the Enrollment Deposit

Apply for Financial Aid
If you have not already applied for financial aid, submit your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Transfer Credit Evaluation
Following your acceptance and after the completion of your credit evaluation, you will receive an e-mail notification (to the e-mail account listed on your application) that your Degree Works audit is available for you to review. Instructions and login information to access your account will be included.
Due to concerns related to COVID-19 and with the health and welfare of our SUNY Poly community, the larger community, and those who visit our campus in mind, our institution has decided to suspend all in-person admissions events and visits until further notice.
We are currently working to build online resources so that you can experience our campuses virtually through video tours, student interviews, and faculty presentations. We will link to our virtual resources page here as soon as they become available.
Submit Mandatory Health Requirements
All full-time students must submit a Health History and Physical Examination completed within the last two years as well as proof of Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) and Meningitis vaccinations documentation is required to be sent to the SUNY Poly Wellness Center, 100 Seymour Road, Utica, NY 13502 or fax them to 315-792-7371. Contact the Health and Wellness/Counseling Center with questions, 315-792-7172.

Save the Date for Transfer Orientation
Orientation is required for all new students. Please plan to attend one of the following orientation sessions during which you will become acquainted with campus, meet other accepted students, and register for classes. Orientation also highlights the essential services delivered to you by the various campus offices which are critical to your success as a SUNY Poly student. Please note that orientation dates vary by campus. Please refer to your acceptance letter to confirm your campus location.

Once your enrollment confirmation deposit is processed (up to 48 hours after submission), you will receive an email instructing you to login to the Enrollment Portal. The portal will include how to:
- Activate your Student ID
- Access your SUNY Poly E-mail
- Register for Orientation
- Submit all official transcripts
- Submit Residency Application
- Confirm & Pay Your Bill
