Congratulations on your acceptance to SUNY Poly!
Let your journey to becoming a Wildcat start here! The following steps can be completed by logging into the Undergraduate Status Portal and selecting the “Accepted Student” tab.
You’ve made your decision and you’re ready to make it official. To accept your offer of admission:
- Pay your $100 Tuition Deposit
- If you plan to reside on campus, you must include an additional $150 Housing Deposit, for a total of $250
- Submit the online Deposited Student Information Form, emailed to you AFTER your deposit has been received and processed.
If you have not already applied for financial aid, submit your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Following your acceptance and after the completion of your credit evaluation, you will receive an email notification (to the email account listed on your application) that your Degree Works Audit is available for you to review. Instructions and login information to access your account will be included.
We are offering a number of visit options to help you get familiar with campus before the semester begins.
Read your monthly e-News from the Admissions Office to learn what is happening on campus. It's also important to log into your Undergraduate Status Portal and check your updates frequently. Stay connected through our social media.
Once your Enrollment Deposit and Deposited Student Information Form are received and the Enrollment Checklist is live, you will receive an email instructing you to login and complete your next steps in finalizing your enrollment.
The Enrollment Checklist for fall admission will be live in early May and mid-November for spring admission.
