Reserve Your Place by Paying the Enrollment Deposit

Pay your enrollment deposit online

  • Create an account
  • Click on “Make a Payment”
  • Select “Admissions Tuition Deposit - Undergraduate”
  • Please refer to your acceptance letter for deposit amount

Note: the monetary tuition deposit is waived for US Veterans.

Submit the Undergraduate Enrollment Confirmation Form

To confirm your enrollment all students must submit the online Undergraduate Enrollment Confirmation Form

Apply for Financial Aid

If you have not already applied for financial aid, submit your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Review Your Transfer Credit Evaluation

Following your acceptance and after the completion of your credit evaluation, you will receive an e-mail notification (to the e-mail account listed on your application) that your Degree Works audit is available for you to review. Instructions and login information to access your account will be included.

We are excited to share that SUNY Poly is now offering in-person tours for all of our accepted students. If you are an accepted student and would like to schedule a tour please log in to your Application Status Portal to register.

Submit Mandatory Health Requirements

All full-time students must submit a Health History and Physical Examination completed within the last two years as well as proof of Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) and Meningitis vaccinations documentation is required to be sent to the SUNY Poly Wellness Center, 100 Seymour Road, Utica, NY 13502 or fax them to 315-792-7371. Contact the Health and Wellness/Counseling Center with questions, 315-792-7172

Advisement and Registration

All incoming transfer students will complete our online SUNY Poly Essentials program after they confirm their enrollment. Following completion of the online program, advisement and registration will take place via virtual meetings with faculty advisors.

Access the Enrollment Portal + Complete Action Items

Once your enrollment confirmation deposit is processed (up to 48 hours after submission), you will receive an email instructing you to login to the Enrollment Portal. The portal will include how to:

  • Activate your Student ID
  • Access your SUNY Poly E-mail
  • Register for Orientation      
  • Submit all official transcripts
  • Submit Residency Application
  • Confirm & Pay Your Bill
