Additional Charges
Prevailing wage rates and administrative fees will be applied where applicable for services including, but not limited to, maintenance, audio-visual, IT, catering, and University Police.
FULL-DAY RESERVATIONS
Understanding the Full-Day Rate
Full-day rates are based on five or more hours of use, with no more than 10 hours per day, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Full-day reservations are subject to space availability. Any use outside of these parameters will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

The cancellation schedule in the official venue fee policy applies to reservations scheduled less than 30 days in advance.
