Mission

The mission of the Office of Distance Learning is to foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning by assisting the University community members with their scholarship of teaching; by acting as a resource center for innovative teaching tools, techniques, and programs; and by supporting the University in becoming a community of lifelong learners. To accomplish this mission, the Office provides information and resources about the teaching and learning process through an array of formats and methods to enhance online instruction.
