We may continue to accept applications after the February 1 deadline, and review applications on a rolling basis.
DNP and Post-Master’s Advanced Certificate in PMHNP FALL START ONLY
May 1 Deadline - Application review will start in February, and the program may close before the posted May 1 deadline.
Steps for Applying for Graduate Study
Step 1: Select a Graduate Program

If you are unsure of program, please contact the Graduate Admissions Office at: graduate@sunypoly.edu or 315-792-7347 to talk with a staff member about program options.
Step 2: Review the Admission Criteria and List of Required Materials for Your Program
Each graduate program requires specific supplemental materials.
View these materials along with the admissions criteria by program.
Step 3: Apply for Admission + Pay the Application Fee
Use the online application to apply and follow these instructions on how to pay your Graduate Application Fee. Within an hour of submitting your application, you will receive access to your Application Status Portal where you can upload the required application documents outlined in the Admissions Requirements for your program.
Step 4: Submit Documents and Track the Status of your Application
Following submission of your application, you will receive access to your Application Status Portal where you can upload the required supplemental application documents outlined in the Admissions Requirements for your program. You may use your Application Status Portal to track the status of your application.
Note: All supplemental materials must be received within 10 days of the application deadline.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all application materials have been received by the deadline.
