You are considered an undergraduate transfer student at SUNY Poly if you completed any college credit after high school graduation. If you earned college credit before high school graduation - regardless of the number of credit hours - you are considered a freshman/first-year student.
Application information on this page is only for undergraduate transfer students. If you are a current graduate student at another college or university and are looking to transfer to a SUNY Poly graduate program, submit the Graduate Application.

You can apply by submitting one of the following applications:
SUNY APPLICATION

**All enrolling transfer students, per federal mandate, must submit a high school transcript to the Admissions Office as part of the final enrollment process.
