It’s time again for the SUNY Poly Summer Picnic! This year’s Picnic will be held on Monday, August 12, from Noon – 2:00 pm, in the patio area outside the Student Center (in case of rain, the location will be in the Student Center Multi-Purpose Room 1). There is no charge or tickets for this year’s picnic, but attendees will still need to RSVP for the event by close of business on Monday, August, 5, so we can have a head count for food services.

Menu: fruit salad, strawberry & spinach salad w/ poppy seed dressing, hamburgers, hot dogs, salt potatoes, corn on the cob, cookies, lemonade, and water.
Lawn games will be set up (Cornhole and Ladder Ball) and ready to use, and we will be conducting raffles throughout the picnic with totally awesome SUNY Poly swag prizes! All you have to do to enter for a chance win is to RSVP and show up for the Picnic!
We will also be collecting school supplies at the Picnic again this year for our students who may not be able to afford all the materials they need to achieve academic success. Useful items include loose leaf notebook paper, spiral notebooks, pens, highlighters, pencils, and folders. All donations are greatly appreciated.
