The EHS Department offers a variety of in-person and classroom trainings for employees and students. Supervisors are also responsible for providing required training to employees and students under their supervision.

In order to access some of the training material (especially the trainings in Google Forms), the participant must use their SITNetID @sunypoly.edu credentials to sign in to Google. At this time (and unless special permissions are needed), only @sunypoly.edu users will have access to these materials.

Typical problems occur when individuals try to log in to the Google Forms training session but they are using their personal email credentials. The materials will not be accessible through private Google or other accounts. Individuals may still log into the SUNY Poly system by logging out of the personal account, or opening an Incognito or Private Tab and entering their SUNY Poly credentials.

Some trainings utilize resources (e.g., videos) from online subscription services. These may require an access code to review the materials presented. Some of these access codes expire. If an individual encounters an expired access code problem, please contact the EHS Office at PolyEHS@sunypoly.edu for a new Access Code.

Because of the sensitivity of this information, access to the materials for this program are limited to SUNY Poly community members. Users are required to login with their SUNY Poly SITNetID to view these documents.
