Responsibilities
Mr. Garney is a member of the technical staff leading the development of CIGS thin film photovoltaic process and hardware development. He coordinates consortium member activities and provides technical support for the PVMC Solar Energy Development Center located in Halfmoon, NY.
In his role as Research Support Specialist, Adam is responsible for the coordination, installation and process ownership of thin film solar PV manufacturing scale equipment with capacities exceeding 10MW. He partners with both CNSE and PVMC member process and hardware development teams to support roadmap and strategic technical directives.
