Printing a PowerPoint Presentation
Use the File/ Print/ Handouts option to print PowerPoint handouts for distribution. The PowerPoint print window allows you to specify the number of slides on a page (e.g. 3 slides per page). Submit a print request to the Print Shop to obtain multiple copies to distribute to presentation attendees. Handouts will be stapled, printed on color paper as you specify in your request.
