SUNY Poly's Information Technology Services department provides the library with 3 freestanding units for printing, scanning and photocopying tied to the campus Pharos Print Server. The device behind the service desk has a color printing option, which is open for all to use.
All machines and equipment are available on a first come/first served basis.
Members of the public who would like to print, scan or photocopy should visit the Service Desk for assistance.
Technology in Cayan Library's small group study rooms, conference rooms, and classrooms is described on the pages associated with room booking.
The library provides the following additional equipment:
- VHS/DVD player monitor
- Print enlarger
