The 2014-2015 Faculty/Staff Annual Fund Campaign is officially underway – and we are looking for you to play a part!

Over the past few years, the development office has implemented a number of new strategies and programs to connect with potential donors. Many outside donors and foundations often ask about the level of participation by our faculty and staff. One key indicator of support is the number of employees donating to the annual fund. Last year, you took a huge step and helped us achieve our highest-ever level of faculty and staff member giving with a participation rate of 24.5%. We now asked that you help us drive our participation rate even higher.

Along with the satisfaction of contributing to the greater good of the institution, all donors to the 2014-2015 Faculty/Staff Campaign will receive an updated ‘Donor Flag’ to proudly display in your office or workspace. Additionally, the ‘Donor of the Month’ parking spot/free lunch giveaway will be re-launched in November. Details can be found on our Faculty/Staff Campaign website.

Materials for the 2014-2015 Faculty/Staff Campaign are being distributed around campus this week. Your donation amount is not nearly as important as your participation in the campaign…every donation, large or small, makes a difference! My deepest thanks to all of you who helped us reach a new level last year, and to those who will help push our participation rate even higher this year.
