As we are at the midpoint of the 2014 State Employee Federated Appeal (SEFA) Campaign, we hope you have had the opportunity to receive and review information about this important effort. Please consider supporting this annual opportunity for NYS employees to contribute to charitable causes in local communities and to organizations that are statewide, national, or international in scope.

Last year’s campaign was a huge success as we went from 34 employee donations in 2012 to 99 donors in 2013; total contributions rose from $4,590 to $11,638.  This is fantastic -- thank you!  We have set a very ambitious goal for 2014-- $15,000-- and we will definitely need your help to reach it.

A celebration of participation will be held to recognize all employees who participate in the 2014 campaign.  If you contribute to the campaign, please expect an email in the beginning of January 2015 with details about the celebration.

If you would like to participate in this year’s SEFA campaign, but have not yet received information about it, please reach out to either of us directly. Pledge forms should be returned to either Audra or Laurie no later than Wednesday, December 10.
