Dear SUNY Poly faculty and staff,

We are writing to ask that you consider supporting the 2015 State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) campaign, an annual effort that offers NYS employees the opportunity to contribute to charitable causes in local communities and to organizations that are statewide, national, or international in scope. Each year, the SEFA Campaign runs from September through December.

This year the SEFA Campaign is celebrating their 50^th anniversary and we feel this is a great time for employees to learn more about SEFA and how your donations are put back into the community for health and human services and assistance with environmental issues.

Please join Dr. Geer and representatives from SEFA (United Way) at a campaign kick-off luncheon on Monday, November 9, beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the Student Center MPR.

If you are able to attend, please RSVP to laurie.hartman@sunypoly.edu prior to end of day on Thursday, November 5.
