To grow enrollment at State University of New York campuses in the Albany area, colleges are recruiting adult learners, making inroads in the New York City and Vermont markets and expanding online programs.
College leaders outlined how campuses will meet goals for enrollment, graduation rates, research funding and alumni and philanthropic support in their performance improvement plans. Those plans were recently approved by SUNY chancellor Nancy Zimpher.
