The NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training is pleased to announce two new online learning certificate programs for CSEA-represented NYS employees.

The Highly Effective Office Assistant Certificate Program is a learning opportunity for employees who are looking to enhance their administrative and clerical office skills.

The Working Effectively in Teams Certificate Program provides a self-directed way for employees to develop the skills needed to be an effective and valued part of a team.

Employees can apply for one or both of these programs between October 2, 2017 and March 29, 2018.

In order to earn a certificate, participants must successfully complete all required courses between October 2, 2017 and March 30, 2018.
