The New York State Joint Commission on Public Ethics (“JCOPE”) has issued a new spring/summer edition of the quarterly newsletter – “The Ethics Review” – which is available online at the Commission’s website or through the link at the bottom of this notice.

JCOPE’s quarterly newsletters include timely information, summaries of recent enforcement actions, and a “Dear JCOPE” section that answers ethics-related questions.
