Buffalo State, State University of New York, seeks candidates for the position of Blackboard Trainer for the Instructional Resources Department.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree

- Demonstrated professional experience training on Blackboard Learn v.9.1 or higher

- Experience with pedagogy related to technology enhanced teaching and learning

- Experience using a range of new and emerging technologies for instruction

- Experience in the development and delivery of presentations, workshops, and seminars in an educational setting

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience building, deploying and analyzing results of Blackboard Learn Enterprise Surveys

- Demonstrated experience implementing Blackboard Learn Retention Center

- Professional teaching experience or teaching certification

- Knowledge and experience assisting faculty with accessibility guidelines (Section508, W3C, UDL) while developing instructional materials

- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all users
