The Office of Campus and Corporate Events in conjunction with Sodexo, the on-campus food purveyor, has completed two training sessions for the Catertrax catering request system. In an effort to streamline the catering process and to ensure your successful conferences, meetings, and events, we have adopted a new catering system. Effective immediately, please utilize Catertrax to put in any requests for catering on campus, through the line dining, or any other events that menu ordering will be necessary.

The weblink to the Catertrax ordering system is located on the Campus and Corporate Events webpage under the forms tab. Additionally, I have provided that link below which you can bookmark. This link is for placing your catering orders. You can select from the menus in the Flavors booklet. Once you place your order, it immediately goes to Sodexo, as well as to both Connie M. Castellano and Samantha Vivirito in the office of Campus and Corporate Events. If you need customized menus, please consult with the office of Campus and Corporate Events prior to submitting on Catertrax.

Please note: whether you are a campus department, school, and/or student club or association, all catering must be completed on the Catertrax system. The same rules apply for getting the request in two-weeks in advance so that we can ensure your requests are processed timely for the success of your events.
