Changes coming to CaterTrax online ordering

On October 1, all internal catering customers will be able to process their own catering and menu needs through the CaterTrax format on the SUNY Poly Dining Services Website.

This change will help streamline the efficiency of customer orders, enhance customer service and gives the customer full control of their events with the convenience of online menu planning.

New changes also made to the CaterTrax ordering form to clarify times of service. No longer will there be a set-up time or end time to functions. There will only be two lines to fill in, (time of service) this will be the actual time food is served and (cleanup-time). This is the time when you want the room cleaned during your event.
