The NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training is pleased to announce two new online learning certificate programs for CSEA-represented NYS employees.

The Communicating with Emotional Intelligence Certificate Program is a learning opportunity for employees who are looking to enhance their ability to relate to others with emotional intelligence. Employees can apply for this program between April 4, 2017 and October 3, 2017. In order to earn a certificate, participants must successfully complete all required courses by October 4, 2017. The Essentials of Supervision Certificate Program is an exciting learning opportunity for employees who wish to enhance their supervision, management, and leadership skills.
