CSEA Employees: Two New Online Learning Certificate Programs
The NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training is pleased to announce two new online learning certificate programs for CSEA-represented NYS employees.
The Conflict Resolution Certificate Program will help employees develop the skills needed to resolve conflict in the workplace. Employees can apply for this program between March 15 and April 16, 2016 . In order to earn a certificate, participants must successfully complete all required courses between March 15, 2016 and September 30, 2016 .
The Microsoft Access 2013 Certificate Program is a learning opportunity for employees who are looking to enhance their knowledge and develop their skills in the Microsoft Access application. Employees can apply for this program between March 15, 2016 and March 14, 2017 . In order to earn a certificate, participants must successfully complete all required courses between March 15, 2016 and March 15, 2017 .
Employees may take courses at home or at work with supervisory approval.
